Before becoming a member, you were offered a free trial to decide if you would like to join. Therefore, once you’ve enrolled for a month, there are no full or partial refunds. You may though opt out of paying for any additional month. There also are no full or partial refunds with the one-on-one program.
While there will be an established schedule for sessions, at times there may need to be adjustments due to travelling or if I were to get ill. Alternatively, to maintain the regular schedule, it may necessitate me asking well-chosen, highly skilled people to fill in for me.
